FISHING: Saturday, May 26, 2012
TIME: 7am - 2pm
WEIGH-IN noon - 2pm
AWARDS PARTY 2:30pm - RAIN OR SHINE
Check-in at Hub’s Deck, 150 John’s Pass Boardwalk.

ALL REGISTERED ANGLERS will receive a tournament T-shirt, bait bucket with shrimp, a goody bag, prize ticket and and lunch (hot dog, chips and soda).

Family & friends may purchase lunch, soda, tournament T-shirts and "opportunity” prize tickets. There will be face painting, kids’ games and other activities.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. All young anglers must be registered with their signature and parent’s signature for waiver.
2. All youths must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Anglers must be no older than 15 years by 5/26/2012.
4. They must fish anywhere LEGAL.
5. All fish must be caught by HOOKS & LINE.
6. NO nets or traps allowed.
7. NO rotten or mutilated fish.
8. All fish MUST BE LEGAL SIZE per current fishing regulations.
9. NO out of season fish.
10. Anglers will be awarded only prize.
11. Extraordinary Catch must be brought into the dock ALIVE and in a bucket.
12. All fish will be judged by weight.
13. All fish must be weighed in by 2pm on Hub’s Deck behind the Friendly Fisherman Restaurant.
14. If no species is brought in for a specific category, the prize will be given away via prize ticket.

Hubbard’s Marina urges the live release of all fish needed for the tournament and anglers to exercise caution while releasing Catfish!

Winners from each age group will receive a Rod & Reel Combo, trophy and prizes!

*Must be brought in ALIVE to be released at the Friendly Fisherman Restaurant. Catch will be determined by judging officials.

By registering a child online fo the Young Anglers Inshore Fishing Tournament, the parent/guardian acknowledges that he/she has read the waiver below and agrees to it.

WAIVER
As the parent or legal guardian of the above named participant, this is to acknowledge that I realize that my child is participating in the 16th Annual Young Anglers Inshore Fishing Tournament at his or her own risk. I agree that in consideration for the acceptance of this entry and of my child’s participation in the Young Anglers Inshore Fishing Tournament, for myself and my child, personal representatives, heirs and executors, I herebyrelease and forever discharge Hubbard’s Marina, The Friendly Fisherman Restaurant and the John’s Pass Village Association, all sponsors, contributors, participants, producers, their agents and representatives of all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses which I or my child may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the above named parties.
